“Paradiso”
I gave it 10 because I can’t give 11! Everything was flawless – a paradise. The staff were exceptional, especially the huge help they gave with my one‑year‑old son. The kitchen was excellent, breakfast was fabulous, and it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to! The only downside was the bees, but that’s not the hotel’s fault! 🤣
This is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in; everything feels carefully planned. If you just want to unwind and do nothing, this place is ideal. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, rooms are large and spacious, there’s a pool, and you get peace and privacy. We arrived late at night and were immediately met by a car in the parking lot. The scent around the hotel grounds is enchanting. I’d also strongly recommend the spa. The beds were comfy and I slept so well!

The common areas are green and the breakfast is good. The staff are very courteous and helpful, and the director is very present and friendly. However, the shuttle service from the parking lot is sparse, evening room cleaning is lacking (even for a 5‑star hotel of this price point), the room wasn’t spotless (I’d have preferred a more meticulous housekeeping service), and the bathroom feels a bit small for the room size.
The overall vibe, from the furnishings to the incredibly attentive staff, was great. Giorgios in particular went above and beyond with his hospitality.
