The only thing that worked was the front desk team; everything else was a disaster. I booked three nights without being told that major construction was happening in the building. Since I work night shifts, I needed to sleep during the day, but constant drilling, hammering, and other construction noise made that impossible. I had to cut my stay short and leave a day early. I emailed Mr. Hamza, the Operations Manager, about the issue, but never got a reply. That only confirmed that guest concerns are ignored and refunds are not pursued. It was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The lack of communication, the construction disruption, and the absence of any follow‑up or customer service were extremely disappointing. I couldn’t sleep or rest and ended up paying a very high price for a level of service far below expectations. To top it off, I was shocked to find a sink installed inside the room instead of in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Check‑in and check‑out were quick and easy. Breakfast was a buffet with limited variety but decent and plentiful. The pool was available (though I didn’t use it, so I can’t judge) and the fitness room had a couple of treadmills and some weights. Hot water and coffee were always available. The room was clean and the hot water came on fast. The furnishings were a bit old.

The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great, and I never had to wait long for the elevator. However, the room was very small for the price, the shower fixture leaked and caused poor water pressure, and there was an odor I can’t describe.
