I didn’t find much to praise here. The staff clearly lacked product knowledge; they didn’t know what was in the room or what wasn’t. There was no air‑conditioner remote, so I had to walk back and forth between reception and my room asking for missing items because the phone wasn’t working. I booked two rooms and basic items like cups were missing; when I asked for pillows they gave them without pillowcases. The towels were old and looked used, and the room felt unhygienic. I understand this is a 2‑star hotel, but I’ve stayed at other 2‑star places that did a lot better. The staff were rude. When we asked for a TV remote, they said they didn’t have one. The bathroom tap was leaking. Please improve next time.
