I arrived late at night after booking only in the afternoon, and the host even gave me dinner on the spot—delicious and very welcoming.

Our group of six people and two dogs came by motorcycle and car, and the owner greeted us warmly at the vehicles, giving us a quick orientation. The pension is simple, secluded yet lovely, with a huge outdoor area full of seating and other relaxation spots. One evening we enjoyed a tasty grill buffet with homemade salads, lovingly prepared and more than enough. The rooms are spacious and very clean; five out of six of us found the beds very comfortable. Breakfast is simple but tasty. The owner cared for the dogs even better than we did. If you want a quiet, rustic, personal, and friendly stay away from the standard 0815 hotel vibe, this place is right for you. On the downside, vegetarians are only partially accommodated. A few motorcycles had to stay in the rain because there weren't enough parking spots. The grounds are not "dog-proof" for an outdoor run.

The pension greets you in a lively yellow hue and the hosts are equally radiant. They truly do everything to make the guest experience as pleasant as possible. We booked the suite, which was spacious, bright, and well equipped. In the evening a grill event took place, and the host prepared a wide range of sides and salads, even serving dessert—absolutely delicious. All of this happened in the large garden. The next morning’s breakfast was just as abundant and varied. Wildemann offers a good base for hikes. Bikers are welcome guests, and dogs are also allowed.
