It was my first time staying at this hotel, and the desk cleaning was friendly; the room was smoke‑free, which was nice. I slept well, but we needed some different extra pillows. My husband was happy because it was the first time we found a clean room in good condition with no noise. The quality was good, except for the price that the website said was cheaper, but after making the reservation it went up. The stay was excellent, thanks!

The young girl named Jane was very understanding and helpful. I had a reservation issue, and she was so helpful, seeing that the situation was frustrating for me and that my daughter with autism was getting overwhelmed; she was very kind. No other issues with the hotel.
