The location is very good, yet the lack of air conditioning—since it was broken every day—made it uncomfortable, and the floor was undergoing renovation.

Everything was terrible! None of the photos shown were recent—the sofa was old, the fridge rusty, and the table looked extremely worn. I paid for the apartment through the booking site, yet the administrator kept demanding pictures of our documents and photos, insisting we use a link he sent, which felt very odd since we had already paid the daily rate where all my details are recorded. The hotel receptionists were helpful, but we had to wait almost an hour for the apartment to be released, which was at 20:00. Nothing was good.

The spot is great, the hotel is beautiful and you can buy breakfast for R$49,00 per person, there’s a parking spot, a pool, a gym and a sauna. It’s next to Matarazzo city and AV. Paulista. Clean and the bed is super comfy. The kitchen has a water filter and a fridge. The apartment needs repairs; the counter was unscrewed, the sofa and armchair are old and dirty (they need to be replaced urgently), there’s no trash can under the sink, no dishes, no coffee maker or electric kettle.

The floor where my room was on was under major construction, full of dust and noise. There should have been a notice at booking that the floor would be under construction.
