“Good price for the stay”

The location and price were good. The hotel feels a bit outdated, but I keep coming back whenever I visit TN.

Getting to the places I needed was easy, and it was fine as a quick place to sleep. The outdoor area needs work – it was swept and littered with cigarette butts, so it just wasn’t appealing.

“Absolutely awful. We’ll never go back. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.”

I didn’t like anything about the room. As soon as I opened the door and turned on the lights, cockroaches were crawling on the floor, the wall, the countertops, inside the fridge, and even inside the microwave. There were cheesy potatoes inside the microwave that had sprouted black mold. After I told the owner, he only offered an eight‑dollar discount. Terrible place to stay, terrible owners – I would not recommend it to anyone. I didn’t like anything about it. The hotel was nasty, the employees were nasty, the owner was nasty, the room was infested with bugs, there was moldy food in the microwave, and all the owner offered was an eight‑dollar refund.

“Clean rooms, fair price, solid location.”

The location and price were solid. The rooms look recently renovated and are among the cleanest for the price point. I have no complaints; I wasn’t looking for fancy, just functional, and the Kings Inn delivers that.

My room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the refrigerator worked, and the freezer block was frozen the next morning. There was a nice big window with a sunset view from the second floor. I liked being able to park in front of my room. The best part was the TCM channel. I’ll definitely stay here again ❤️
