“Do NOT stay here!”

I had a rough experience when my daughter got stuck in the bathroom for 30 minutes because the handle fell off from the inside. A staff member arrived with a screwdriver, a crowbar, and a credit card just to help her out. The front desk clerk laughed at us, and the manager was “at dinner” and never came to assist.

The room we received wasn’t the one we paid for, and the staff simply said “sorry, but too bad.” Other guests had similar complaints, so it doesn’t reflect well on College Station.

“Got what we paid for.”

The location was convenient for getting to campus, and the hotel stayed relatively quiet despite nearby construction and an alarm in the adjacent parking garage. However, the room lacked curtains, the blinds didn’t close properly, and a heavy thunderstorm caused the window to leak. The AC unit was directly under the window, raising concerns about water reaching the power outlets.

“Won't go back.”

Location to Reed Arena was good. Room needed a good cleaning. I reserved a room with two double beds received 1 king and a pull out.The pull out was horrible. The shower curtain had dried snot on it
