The hotel is centrally located near shops, restaurants, banks, taxis, etc., but the interior is in poor condition, dirty, and poorly maintained. There is no water, coffee, or tea—just an old kettle with dangerous wiring. Service is minimal, with hardly anyone at reception or security. The Wi‑Fi is unstable, especially in the evening, and the price feels very high for what is offered.

Summary of this review
The guest house is close to the bus station and many restaurants and shops, and the staff were friendly and tried to help. However, the room’s cleanliness was severely lacking: the bed sheets were unclean with many grease stains, and the doona was completely mouldy. When we asked for new bedding, the new sheet was reasonably clean, but the new blanket shed dirt and hair onto it. We were worried about hygiene and ended up sleeping without blankets or pillows.

I felt the place was decent and budget‑friendly, breakfast was solid, the room stayed tidy and the staff were modest, but they should start using garbage bags and the blankets were a bit small and smelled.
