“This hotel needs to be shut down and remodeled.”

Everything was awful, and the front desk staff were very unprofessional. The bed sheets were filthy, the pillows flat, and the blankets dirty. The room had major mildew and mold, and the floors had water beneath the hardwood. It was awful.

“Absolutely unacceptable.”

I booked a king bed a month ahead, but when I arrived they only offered two queens. They clearly don’t honor reservations. The hallways were filthy and one stairwell lacked a “Stairs” sign. I will never stay here again.

“Staff kind and helpful. Room and building terrible. will not stay there again.”

Staff was nice. Key cards kept not working. 5 or 6 times down to front desk floors in room were in terrible shape sharp edges everywhere. looks like it was flooded and left unrepaired tub had gashes with rust in them. tile grout was disgusting dirty etc. air conditioner took forever to cool the space. 2nd floor ice machine not working. no access for carts etc to the 2nd floor
