The staff’s availability was truly remarkable. Even though I had booked a room with an ensuite, we found that there was only one shared bathroom with other rooms. After pointing this out, the staff immediately worked to resolve the issue. They didn’t just give us another room; they offered a large, comfortable, and clean apartment. The fact that we discovered the shared bathroom upon arrival was a drawback, but as I said, the staff quickly managed to fix the situation in an impressive way.

Convenient for staying in Perugia with a good value for money. We were in a car, and I’m not sure how comfortable we would have been without it, maybe yes, but I can’t say for sure!

“Piccoli accorgimenti”

La posizione è ottimale sia per l'utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici e/o per chi vuole camminare. 1.La stanza prevedeva set per la preparazione di tè e caffè ma non c'erano. Chiesta spiegazione non ci è stata data risposta. 2. Per i prodotti da bagno è consigliabile utilizzare le confezioni monouso e non dei ricaricatori che ho trovato poco igienici
