The hotel staff were always great, the breakfast was consistently good, and the gentleman who I think is the manager of that area was very friendly and accommodating, going out of his way to keep the area clean, restocked, and make sure guests had everything they needed. The lobby area was nice and clean with courteous staff, making it the nicest hotel in Beckley among the ones we’ve stayed at. The shower in our bathroom didn’t work well; when it was turned on, some water came out of the shower head but the tub faucet never stopped, spraying water erratically and very loudly. It was a one‑night stay, but for the price of the suite, everything should have worked properly.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the room was superb—very clean, with updated furnishings and all the amenities we needed. Everything was great, and I loved the comfy, clean, luxurious vibe of the hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the bed and pillows were good. Noise from the interstate was an issue, and although the building looks new, I expected the windows to block out more noise than they did.
