We stopped for an overnight break and everything was fine—great views and helpful staff. The only issue was that the breakfast ran out by the time we reached it.

The room was large and comfortable, the neighbourhood very peaceful, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Service was very poor; you should verify the reviews on your app, otherwise your credibility will be lost.

It has a cricket ground, but it feels more like a ground than a hotel. The lobby and bathrooms were the most untidy I've seen in a property claiming a 5‑star standard, and the staff were far from courteous, sometimes borderline arrogant. Restaurant service and food quality were equally disappointing—walking into a KFC and being told there’s no chicken, and the South Indian breakfast lacked even basic dosas. Tea and coffee were served in paper cups, which felt completely out of place for a supposedly premium property, and the fruit juices tasted like sugar syrup trying to mask poor quality fruit. Overall, an extremely underwhelming and unbecoming experience for a hotel positioned at this level.
