How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
It is a heritage property and has some good touches like the chandelier made of old bills. Breakfast was excellent. The reception staff is not very efficient, except for Lavami. The location is pretty cut off from everywhere. The linen is quite old and overused. Facilities are basic and the property is very small

It was very neat and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is also really good there with lot of different cuisine options

The in-room service crew and housekeeping crew were very courteous. The room and the property in general carry the heritage vibes. The tulsi soap was really a super star. loved the smell, I mean the whole room smelt so wonderful :). Would have appreciated pair of complementary slippers as the floor gets too cold and moist. Wanted to be at the pool bar but it was closed

Beautiful, clean property, courteous staff, good value for money. The buffet breakfast was nice. My experience was near perfect!. The property is remotely located with no access to restaurants immediately around. The in-house restaurant did not provide an à la carte menu option for lunch, which was slightly inconvenient
