The hotel sits near the train station, just 20 minutes from the historic centre, in a lively popular neighbourhood; breakfast is served outside like the Italians, but the Wi‑Fi in the room is not stable.

Everything I needed was there, the place was clean and quiet with good Wi‑Fi, and despite what I had read before arriving the area turned out fine and was super convenient for getting around (the historic centre was a 20‑minute walk); one of the best spots for Sfogliatelle is right across the street! The shower was a bit powerful and required a little tweaking.

Very close to the train and metro stations, the area feels atmospheric and we arrived with lower expectations but encountered no problems and it didn't seem as unsafe as people had said; the room was quite spacious, about a 10‑minute walk from Naples’ points of interest, very clean, with a comfortable bed, and the staff were very friendly.

Nothing to say. The place was awful—a dark hole in the room, the bed was a mess, the staff were indifferent, and the toilet flush jammed.

The location, the quiet, and the friendliness of the staff were great, but there was a problem with the shower: I couldn’t use it because the door was stuck.
