“Idéal pour se relaxer”

Everything was flawless—the room faced the pool, the owner and staff were super welcoming, the hotel sits beside a great restaurant on a quiet street, massages were available everywhere nearby, and the boxing stadium was adjacent even though I didn’t go. I took massage classes and stayed 10 nights, and it was perfect for relaxing. The only thing missing was a hair dryer in the room.

“Niet voor herhaling vatbaar”

The only good thing about this hotel was the night staff, who were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was also great, with everything within walking distance. However, our stay was marred by a series of mistakes. We were given a room that was not what we had booked, and we had to spend most of our stay in a converted room with a shared wall and a door that didn't lock properly. The room was not as advertised, and it took two weeks for them to offer us a different room.

“Terrible location, very loud even for those who are not light sleepers. Incredibly uncomfortable beds”

The property's proximity to clubs, restaurants, and bars was a nightmare – I couldn't sleep for two nights due to the constant noise, even with earplugs and a sound machine. The bed was also ridiculously hard, which left me with a sore back. On a positive note, the pool seemed nice and the staff were friendly.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way – the premises and rooms were immaculately maintained, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and there was even a cute dog on site. Special thanks to Jin, Nok, and the rest of the team for making my stay so enjoyable.

“Very helpful from every staff”

The hotel's cleanliness and comfort were major selling points, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the bathroom was a bit of a letdown – it wasn't up to the same standard as the rest of the room.
