A very nice time at the Ferme des Tipis! We came with our kids and loved the very leafy, fresh, and calming place, just 15 minutes away but out of the bustle of the old center. The dome is gorgeous, the spot is restorative, and the dinner and breakfast made by Kenza were delicious 😋 Next time I’ll plan my birthday here – a place that’s both big and cozy, perfect for sharing beautiful moments. I don’t understand the previous reviews; I think the owners have improved their communication because the service and experience were excellent.

The tent was dirty, with white dirt on the carpet and dust inside. The farm was under construction. We spent about an hour and a half searching for the location while calling the property; then someone answered our calls in Essaouira and gave us another number to call. We asked for a refund for that scam and canceled the stay, but we didn’t receive any.

After a long day in Marrakech, we arrived at 8 pm and were told there would be no water until 10 am the next morning when we tried to use the shower or sink, and we had not been warned. No alternative was offered, so we had to book another hotel overnight right before our flight, spending more than a week exchanging messages with the platform and the host, and we received no refund. The pool was a tiny, dirty basin, so we couldn’t swim. As another guest noted, the address listed on Booking was incorrect.
