“Comodo en todos los sentidos y muy familiar”
Everything went smoothly—no hiccups at all. The service was spot‑on and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I left feeling completely satisfied.

The place was super quiet, probably because it was a weekday and the hotel was empty. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the cheesy Boyacá arepa. But getting from the parking to the rooms was a pain—no clear path and it was hard to lug luggage. The hotel also lacks a real common area, so you end up staying in your room most of the time.

Patricia was amazing—always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by mountains and nature, and the rooms are clean, cozy, and soundproof. The only downside is the drive to Ráquira: the road is in rough shape, poorly lit at night, and the Wi‑Fi is spotty. Also, the restaurant isn’t always open, so you’ll need to plan your meals.

The hotel was very quiet, which was great for a restful night. The shower, however, was a disappointment—water pressure was low and the tiles were a bit worn.

The location is fantastic, a nice escape from town, but the breakfast could use more variety even though it’s included. A small fireplace in the rooms would add a cozy touch. The hotel could also offer more activities—maybe a clay workshop or a themed dinner night—to keep guests entertained without any noise.
