The privacy was good because you enter through a separate door and there’s no sign indicating it’s a hotel. However, the room was noisy—I thought it was the AC, but even with it off the noise persisted, and the fan was even louder. The breakfast was bad; I couldn’t find it near the hotel, was in a hurry, and gave up looking for it.

The place sits right near White Town and still close to shops and restaurants in the heritage town. The room had everything I needed: a good bed, working AC, and hot water. The owners were very friendly and helpful, letting me check in early and holding my bag for a day.

The manager and another front‑desk person were incredibly kind and helped arrange onward travel. The room was a good size, clean, and had good air‑con, Wi‑Fi, and hot water. The street‑facing room had a bit of traffic noise, but it stops at night; there are other rooms if you’re a light sleeper.

The host was extremely friendly and I could check in early in the morning. Check‑out was 24 hours later. The location is very good for a quick walk to the promenade and White Town. Breakfast is in a restaurant 5 minutes away and you receive a voucher to choose from the regular menu. The rooms are very basic, but that’s clear before booking, so you know what you’re getting. For one night it was perfect for me. If you have trouble with stairs, there’s no lift.
