“Amazing hotel”
The food was tasty, the staff were friendly and helpful, the beach was amazing, and the room was beautiful, well furnished, and spacious.

The location is excellent and the natural surroundings are wonderful. Everything was just fine.

The showers were amazing and the staff was plentiful! The lifeguards’ constant attention impressed us. The outdoor areas, like the gardens and the forest, were very well maintained! And the food was excellent!

The water park is lovely and child‑friendly. Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was disappointing, especially given its claim as a luxury all‑inclusive property. In the room, several issues heavily affected our stay: the shower water pressure was very weak, the bed was extremely stiff and made sleeping difficult, ants were present, and the coffee machine didn’t heat the water and served cold coffee. We arrived with small children and were given a room that wasn’t wheelchair‑accessible. In fact, the whole hotel isn’t very convenient for families with strollers – there are many stairs and only two elevators for the entire property, making mobility very difficult. The children’s activities and entertainment felt amateurish and didn’t meet the standard expected of a luxury all‑inclusive hotel. Overall, we believe the hotel is not suitable for families with children under 4. Beyond that, the general impression is that the hotel is old and poorly maintained compared to what we expected. We saw a significant gap between the online images and the actual condition and feel.
