The experience was unpleasant. The manager, Alejandro, was with his friends and apparently the owner, drinking until 7 am, so we couldn’t sleep. The kitchen was dirty, and we waited until noon the next day to arrange the horseback riding, but he didn’t wake up from the drunkenness—an insult to our respect. Unfortunately we paid, but I request a refund. This is a serious issue: we couldn’t sleep, his friends vomited in the bathrooms, and a man was urinating outside the toilets while we, with kids and family, watched. It’s not honest to charge for tolerating the drunkenness, the mess, and the failure to provide horseback riding, which was the main reason we chose the place. The owner was drunk and gave the lesson, so we felt scammed. Don’t waste your money—zero recommendation.

The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and flexible, and the place was beautiful. The door noise was annoying.

I didn't like it at all. I lost $95,000 in five minutes! I arrived before check‑in and paid via Nequi. When I saw the room, there was no key because instead of a lock there was a pin, it didn't have a private bathroom, no TV, and when I asked for a refund they charged me disproportionately, claiming platform fees that I supposedly had to pay.
