The place is in a good spot, but there's no front desk; you have to open the gate yourself when you arrive and climb stairs with your luggage.

“Quarto compartilhado e banheiro e higiene péssima”

The location was fine, yet I had a terrible experience because it wasn’t clear that the room would be shared by 15 people. We felt unsafe leaving our bags and personal items there, especially since the door had no lock to secure us. The room smelled bad and people were constantly coming and going, making noise. With 15 occupants, the two bathrooms were inadequate: one had only a toilet, and the other had just a shower with a broken tap, low water flow, and a faulty heater that couldn't provide hot water. Breakfast was a nice perk, but I got sick after eating a butter that seemed stored improperly and not properly sanitized or replaced. The staff pressured me into payment right when I booked, and I was told the room would be shared, but I thought it was just the four of us, not 10 strangers, 15 total. Given the rates, we expected at least basic comfort, which we didn’t get. There was no wardrobe for valuables or luggage, so we had to leave our bags in a nearby parking lot and ask the attendants to retrieve them. Basically, the only useful parts of the stay were the bed and the bathroom. I ended up with a stomach bug that I suspect came from poor hygiene, cleaning, and food.
