How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were friendly and very helpful, but the building is split into two houses, the rooms were extremely small and not like the photos, the lamp in my room had a loose connection, the double bed was against the wall, my sister’s room was missing the wardrobe door over the fridge (it had broken off), and the TV screen was heavily scratched.

When we checked in, the cleaning staff member in the opposite room was disturbing—he had his belt open on the bed, and when he noticed us he quickly shut the door; the room was also very dirty, with stains on the doors, bathroom shelves, nightstand, red and dried crusty spots, yellow stains on the toilet seat, toothpaste marks on the sink, and the carpet was in a poor state.

We had a nice large room for four people, even though it was supposedly for three and included a fold‑down bed; it could have been cleaned much better, especially in the corners, the shower was already heavily mouldy and needs replacement, and the sofa in the room had disgusting thick stains that made us reluctant to sit on it.

The place was clean enough, but overall it felt dirty.
