The staff were very friendly. My dogs and I were welcomed warmly, and a dog bed was included in the room. Top.
“Great hotel in middle of Klosters”
The atmosphere was historically authentic, and everything else was fine.
This charming old hotel is impeccably maintained, and we especially appreciated the countless authentic details, the beautiful wooden ceilings, the fabric wallpaper, and so on. Comfort in both living and sleeping areas is uncompromised, except that there is no elevator. The reception was very friendly. The only small drawback was that the little fridge could have been a nice addition, but we would definitely return anytime.
“Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt.”
The breakfast was very tasty, mostly served directly at the table. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent and worth a visit. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The wooden house and furnishings are cozy, and the wall pictures evoke the glorious times the hotel has seen.
“Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt — unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.”
I was thrilled with the location—close to the train station, central yet quiet, and the terrace offered a lovely view. The reception was very pleasant, and when I had questions or concerns they responded individually with great attention. The breakfast was also personalized: a fine juice was brought to the table upon request.
