How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything about the property was great, the location was fantastic, Matteo was super kind—he even called a taxi for us that night. The room was stunning, the garden was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious.

I would have appreciated a note that we’d need to walk 5 kilometres on a mountain dirt trail… for one night that’s a bit far from everything. There was no place to store clothes, no hangers, and the wardrobe door fell open in the middle of the night.

The cleaning was spot‑on, the staff were friendly, and the place was quiet. The only thing I’d mention is that the maintenance on the last stretch of the white road might not be the hotel’s fault.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. We got upgraded to a lovely room and the service was exceptional throughout. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile. It was a perfect Tuscan experience and a place we’d love to return to. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The only minor drawback was that the pool area could get a bit noisy sometimes because of the neighboring property.
