The location is close to the airport. The services were lacking: no drinking water, no shampoo, and it wasn’t clean.

“Worst accommodation I have ever witnessed in my life. Hotel title states “5 star hotel” it is not a hotel it is like a r”

There was absolutely nothing—this isn’t a hotel, it’s an apartment, so the title is completely misleading. The property was disgusting, nothing like the pictures. The door didn’t close, making it unsafe. Roaches were everywhere, the room had an awful smell, the bed sheets were stained, and the bathroom smelled terrible. The owner was cheeky, argued with me, and refused to give a refund. The title claims a 5‑star hotel, but it’s not a hotel and nowhere near 5 stars; I wouldn’t even give it one star.

“Nightmare”

We waited 30 minutes because no one knew what was happening. We weren’t in the rooms we booked, and the room was terrible—noisy because the balcony door wouldn’t shut, and the pillow smelled. Our children were in a completely different building.
