How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The rooms were big. There was a lot of trash around the property. The front office person was not there when we arrived. Had to call him and wait for him To check in. My key didn’t work the 2 nd night and again we had to call and wait for the office person to arrive in order to fix our key

The hotel was very accessible for people with disabilities and the bed was comfy, though the toilet was a bit low for me.

We were close to the event we attended, and the staff were friendly and helpful; there was nothing to dislike.

The towels were nice and the location was good, but the room was dirty—trash on the floor, spots on the comforter, mismatched comforters, a bar sink with brown water, crumbs in the nightstand drawer, and every surface had to be wiped down by us, including headboards with hand prints. The chair fabric was so dirty we avoided sitting on them. The top of the outside cement stairs was broken and a major tripping hazard. When we asked for an extra hand towel and washcloth, the front‑desk attendant said he didn’t have access to them and we had to wait for the housekeeper.

The room was a good size, but the shower didn’t provide hot water.
