The rooms were lovely, the hotel had nice pools and a boma, and most of the staff were really nice, but a couple of people serving food were actually rude to my friend.

Central location. Very friendly service people. The room, an expensive suite of 70 m2 for 2 guests, was totally blocked by an uncomfortable sleeping couch which was not needed. The add. children bed was removed on our request to get some more space. The buffet food was partly not good. Specially the meat was either over or underdone. Grilled chicken had a white outside skin ! Pasta cooked with nearly no salt
