The space was quite good and clean, but the arrival process was a nightmare. On the day we were supposed to arrive, I talked with the owner and told her that instead of waiting for us at about 19:00, we would be heading to the accommodation later, around 23:00, because we had to pass through the center. Because of various complications we got delayed and finally reached there around 12:00. I called her as she had mentioned she lives upstairs to explain how we would get to the place. I called her three times without any answer. I understand we were late, but if she wanted to sleep she could have given me instructions first on how to find the house and then the keys. Since she didn’t answer I started looking for the place. After a while I found the house, which required passing through another courtyard that didn’t even seem to exist. Luckily I found it. The keys were left on the door. The next day I called her again and she had the place locked initially. She then sent me a message saying she had left a remote so we could open the door and park the car in the courtyard. Inside everything was clean, I can’t say the space was bad. What I didn’t like was that the heating didn’t work in the bedroom and the living room, and the heating that did work was completely useless. Also, due to a health issue we left a day early. I sent her a message to let her know we left the keys, the remote, and the reason we were leaving, but she never replied, not even an OK.

Clean and well‑equipped! It had a first aid kit, an exit sign, and a smoke detector—an incredibly safe place, spotless, and the hosts were polite and always ready to help.
