I had a scheduled reservation for the date and NO ONE showed up to receive us; I had paid but they only said that the girl who took the reservation had left it and nothing was recorded. They did NOTHING about it, only told me to go to the office the next day. Disappointing.

We liked it a lot. The facilities are beautiful and Miguel’s service was excellent. Very close to the main square. I recommend it 10/10.
