Loved this cute, comfy, cozy place. 100 % recommend. My husband said the bed was too soft, but it was fine for me.

The jacuzzi is a nice added touch! I think there was no check‑in at the front, but that doesn’t take away from all the good stuff.

There was nothing to like about the Reno romantic couples retreat; everything looked used and very misleading, with only one hot tub for all guests, which isn’t safe because you don’t know when it was last sanitized and everyone is sharing it by the hour. Future customers beware of this place!! It’s very misleading: you’ll never be able to speak to a staff member because they have an Idaho 208 number, so consider not booking here. If you have an emergency and need to cancel, you can only cancel by email and you’ll never be able to talk to anyone in person on the phone. They also charge 50% for cancellation, which is very misleading. Beware of this place; it is not what you would expect as a romantic retreat and it seems like it has been put together with used items in the rooms. Be careful of bed bugs.
