The food at the accommodation was fantastic, and the location was very good. The staff were very nice and accommodating, and the evening meals were also excellent. The rooms are a bit dated and could use a renovation.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room smelled like dirty feet and a wet dog, so we had to keep the windows open and spray perfume everywhere; we even had to leave the room for a few hours 😑. I ended up with bad dermatitis on my face from the pillow or towel, and it took three days to clear up after applying ointment. Disappointing.

Such a lovely place to stay in Mount Fuji; the hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were super friendly. I didn’t see the cats for as long as I’d have liked (not a negative).

Everything was perfect. They have a wide range of Italian products like wine and food!

The location was good, but a car is recommended. The shower water pressure was not really there, so we went to the onsen instead.
