I couldn’t even locate the property and the phone number doesn’t exist; the address itself doesn’t exist either.

This place doesn’t exist. We went to the address and couldn’t find it, tried calling but the number went straight to voicemail, no reply to email or messages; we were very disappointed since we had traveled far for a memorial service and had to quickly find another place, fortunately the alternative we found was fabulous. I have requested a refund for the prepaid stay and notified customer service.

I couldn't find the property at all, so I had to scramble for emergency accommodation. The place simply doesn't exist.
