The hotel is very clean, but checking in was delayed; I was scheduled to check in at 3:00 and didn’t receive the room until 3:50, a 50‑minute wait.

A stay at Sherao in Qatar was simply flawless; the hotel sits right in the city center, making it super convenient to explore. I especially want to thank Samuel, his colleagues, and the whole staff for their attentiveness from start to finish—whenever we called for help, they were always on hand, arriving quickly at our door with smiles, greetings, and goodbyes that left a lasting impression. Their kindness and professionalism truly enhanced our visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Everything was perfect, and we’ll definitely return with pleasure.
