The house is large enough that each person has their own living space without being disturbed by the other.

“A delightful stay at the top storey of a 3 level home”

The owner was friendly and accommodating, the studio room was large, quiet, and had rustic charm, and a traditional baguette with jam was served for breakfast. The flat is on easy flat ground and a 20‑minute walk to the town center from the sleepy neighborhood of Madeleine.

The welcome was very nice, but due to the heat wave the room reached 35 °C, so we cut our stay short because we couldn’t sleep. The listing should clarify that breakfast is provided but prepared by the guests.

The welcome was warm, the room on the second floor was well‑equipped, there was a private bathroom on the first floor, and breakfast was decent with bread, homemade jams, butter, coffee or tea. Parking was always available on the street, and the accommodation was well‑situated for visiting Angers, Terra Botanica, everything being 10‑15 minutes by car. The value for money was very good; thanks for everything 🙏

I really appreciate the host’s flexibility with my late check‑in and check‑out, which were outside the originally scheduled times, and their support made my stay much easier. The room had a window overlooking the neighboring property’s garden, and the morning birdsong added to the enjoyment. The bathroom and toilet facilities were clean and comfortable, though they were on a different floor.
