Easily my favourite place I stayed in Bali. 5 ⭐️ hotel. Staff were so accomodating even throughout the night 24/7 we had a staff come in at 2AM to help set up our jacuzzi. Free breakfast buffet included in my room, beautiful top level pool that is open till 1AM and rooftop par open till 12AM, spa facilities, massage facilities, luxury gym, in hotel restaurant. Loved it. Will be back definetly. I loved every bit of it

The pool area is nice and the building feels fairly modern, plus it’s close to the beach. However, the TShell rooms are noisy; street traffic rattles the windows and a flashing light in my room kept me awake. I was annoyed when no remedy or compensation was offered. Some parts of the property feel fresh, while others look worn out.

I usually don’t post negative reviews, but this hotel falls short of its five‑star claim. The facilities need serious upkeep and the food is subpar. The jacuzzi tiles were cracked and one broke, cutting my knee deeply. When we reported it, the staff seemed indifferent and didn’t address the danger, even though children and other guests were still using the pool. I can’t recommend this place.
