We got to the hotel early in the evening and were first shown a room with no windows; they later swapped it for one that had a tiny window near the ceiling, more like a storage space. The real issue was that a wedding reception for about 300 guests, complete with a live band, was happening in the building, and the noise forced us to leave at 10:30 PM because it made sleeping impossible.

The building is clean and has a bar and restaurant on the lower floor, located on the outskirts of Zagreb. The staff are helpful and the bathroom comes with a full set of toiletries. I find it unfair that the room description doesn’t mention the absolute lack of windows overlooking the outside—both in the room and the bathroom—which can be a problem, even with air conditioning, for people who are sensitive to small, closed spaces.

Everything was great. The large portal provided plenty of space. The sheets and towels were pure white. Everything was new and in good condition. The professional was friendly. There’s a restaurant and bar downstairs. Thank you for everything.
