“No good don’t stay there”

This is the second time that the TV did not work .told and left a message at the front desk. Never heard from Darlene one of the managers .we stay there when we visit cripple creek not any more . If my husband Never called or corrected a problem he would not have a job!!!!!!! Very BAD. Would never give this place a good rating again!!. Could not get help to fix the tv to watch football. Sat in the rooom for 3 hours doing nothing but look at the walls !!!

“It was good. Only thing I didn’t like was the dirty carpets and the 2 pet limit.”

The carpet on the floor was gross and smelled bad, a problem I've seen in every motel; why not clean the carpets? The room was pet friendly but still expensive, and the beautiful setting was a plus.

“It was fine- I've stayed here before and will probably stay here again.”

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I checked in on July 25th, but computer issues delayed my entry for two hours; staff member Gracie did as much as she could to accommodate guests. My debit card was used for incidentals, yet a pending charge for the room stayed on until July 31st.

Check‑in was disorganized and I was charged twice on my card. The experience was awful, taking over an hour.

“Speechless and over the top staff”

Customer service was excellent, with Mrs. Jamie, Mrs. Kim, and all other staff being delightful; such an amazing group of staff! No complaints.
