The welcome and services were very good, and many little touches were appreciated, like the tea tray/journal left before we left and the equipment in the room. The sound insulation was a bit light.

I liked the location, the friendliness of the staff, and the size of the rooms. The facilities could use a bit of refurbishment, especially the bathroom, the bed, and the carpets. I love the themed rooms, though I imagine they’re harder to maintain.

Heerlijk bed, goede douche, super aardig en behulpzaam personeel, iedere dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken, je eigen, rustige plekje in London, alsof je er woont, op super handige locatie vlakbij King's Cross. Ontbijtservice. Eigen koelkastje, en eigen koffie/thee kunnen zetten. Maar 1 klein wastafeltje, klein appartementje, maar dat schijnt overal in London zo te zijn

The place was perfectly positioned for King’s Cross, and I enjoyed the little goodies in the fridge; the staff were super welcoming and helpful. The only small problem was that the window and shutters in room 10 didn’t close all the way (I forgot to mention it when I left); the weather was fine so it didn’t matter, but it could be worse in winter.
