“The villa was nice, staff were great but plumbing was an issue.”
The staff were very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests. However, a plumbing issue in the villa caused the water from the faucet to smell dirty.

I felt completely at home from the moment I arrived, greeted by the kindest and warmest staff who welcomed me with a drink. The sweet rescue dogs were a highlight, adding warmth and companionship, especially for a dog lover who might feel alone. I even played with one of the dogs, which made the stay even more special. I leave with some of my best memories, thanks to the lovely people, beautiful atmosphere, good villa and services, and the adorable rescue dogs that made this place feel like more than just a hotel. I will remember it with warmth and happiness and can’t wait to return.

The location was acceptable, and the room was very large and clean. The breakfast, however, was terrible for the price and what other reviews promised: only one dish—an egg and old rice—was offered, which was a real disappointment. The breakfast staff were unfriendly. They promised coffee every morning, but it was only black and no milk was ever provided, and it was forgotten each day after we ordered it. Reception staff sometimes spoke poor English. Renting a scooter from the hotel is not recommended. They told us at check‑in that a scooter was available for 350 pesos per day, but an hour later we found none and were directed to a partner who charged 400 pesos per day. They never explained why the scooters were suddenly unavailable despite repeated inquiries. I would not book the airport transfer again; the hotel charged 800 pesos, while the same van at the airport cost only 400 pesos.

The hotel’s central location was perfect for our planned activities, the staff were amazing, funny, and very helpful, the beds were very comfortable, and the Wi‑Fi was strong. We did experience a brief power outage, but the owners messaged, apologized, and credited us a night with no complaints from us. They went above and beyond in every way a hotel should, so there was nothing I disliked and I’ll stay again on my next trip.
