The staff were absolutely wonderful—so friendly, helpful, and kind! I felt truly well looked after throughout my stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels, clean bed linen, and amazing breakfasts! If I ever get the chance to visit Turin again, I would definitely stay here again. I truly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to come back! ❤️
“Angenehmes Hotel für einen Turin-Besuch”
The staff were very friendly, we got good tips to explore Turin and the recommended restaurants were all very good. A garage and parking were available in the courtyard, which is really important in this area. A tram stop nearby meant you didn’t need a car to get into the city. The breakfast was a bit monotonous, the same every day, and the breakfast room was in the basement and uncomfortable.
Parking proved to be an issue.
The staff were most helpful, friendly and informative. The room was very clean with frequent linen and towel changes. We loved the buffet breakfast which kept us going until dinner!
The location in the city is great, with a bus/tram stop directly in front of the hotel for the city center. The staff were absolutely exceptional, really trying to help us with the parking situation, and otherwise were super helpful and nice. Thank you for that! The rooms were well furnished, especially the bed: top mattress! Because of the many guests we were asked to call the reception briefly for breakfast, which worked smoothly. That made our time at the breakfast buffet always relaxed. There was a large selection of cakes and on request warm cheese‑ham toast. The area in front of the hotel clearly looks like a drug drop‑off spot, so at night you don’t feel very comfortable. You should definitely not leave your car on the street there. That’s why we wanted to book the hotel parking, which only worked partially because it is very small and fills up quickly.
