“Hôtel très sale”

The location. The hotel isn’t clean at all: the toilets, the room, the glasses, the breakfast utensils… The electricity buzzes; when you plug in a charger, the light flickers.

“Disappointed. Low price is no excuse for lack of basic hygiene.”

We booked a last‑minute one‑night stay with family, but the experience was awful. The room we walked into wasn’t even the category we had booked and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest—crumpled sheets, hair on the bed, oily stains on the duvet cover. I called the receptionist, who seemed surprised but was polite and immediately offered us a different room. The second room was slightly better, yet the hygiene was still terrible: the bathtub was dirty and the drain still had old human hair. Breakfast was included, but after seeing the rooms we decided to leave early. The receptionist was nice and did his best, but the management needs to fix their housekeeping. I don’t recommend this hotel. No matter how cheap, fresh sheets and a clean bathroom are non‑negotiable.

“Katastrophal”

The location was fine, but the room was a total nightmare; the bed was broken and unusable, the toilet seat was soaked with urine, and the sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for days. Dust covered the floor and moths were fluttering everywhere, which has nothing to do with cleanliness or hospitality. For the price paid this condition was completely outrageous and unacceptable, so I can’t recommend this place at all – it feels more like a three‑star dump than anything else.
