“Livassa Inn Delhi”
The location is close to my destination and the staff are super responsive, going the extra mile to cater to guests. I would describe it as dingy, with poor hygiene standards; the sheets and curtains were especially dirty.
“A Comfortable Stay with a Few Minor Quirks”
This hotel really delivered on the comfort front – the bed was super comfy and the room was spotless. The atmosphere in the lobby was lively and welcoming, which was a great vibe to come back to after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when I checked in late. The only thing that kept me from giving it a full 5 stars was the noise from the street outside, which was pretty loud even with the windows closed.
“Broken Toilet and Hot Water Issues”
I'm really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The toilet in our room was broken and couldn't be fixed, which meant it ran non-stop all night and didn't even flush properly. To make matters worse, we had to fiddle with the hot water tap ourselves because it wasn't turned on at check-in - a pretty basic thing to expect from a hotel. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and the room was clean, but the problems with the toilet and hot water really took away from our stay.
“Great staff, but noisy rooms”
The hotel's staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the issues I encountered during my stay. The location was pretty central, but the noise from the nearby bars and clubs was a real problem, especially on weekends. I was a bit disappointed with the room's size, but it was clean and the bed was comfy. Overall, it was a decent value for the price, but I'd have liked a bit more peace and quiet.
“Disappointing Start to a Stay”
I arrived at the hotel at 5:30 am on the 13th, only to be told that my booking had been cancelled. I was confused because I hadn't received any notification from them about this. They claimed all rooms were full, but after explaining the situation, they offered to let me wait an hour for a room to become available. I ended up waiting two hours, which was frustrating. The room I finally got was not great - the fridge wasn't working and there was a strong dirty smell.
