The place was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced; it’s a small house but only 50 m from the main road, and the owner was friendly.

I couldn't find the address listed, and the owner only speaks Vietnamese. The place feels more like a single apartment unit than a hotel, with a lock on the door. There's a small sink but nothing else; if I ask the owner, they'll bring supplies. The narrow, dim path and the gate filled with bikes make it hard to come and go at night. The bed is firm, which is tough for someone with back problems.

The room was spacious, clean, and came with a fan and affordable air conditioning. The host was friendly and eager to help. Free Wi‑Fi was available, and there were filters in the fridge.
