The location was good, but I didn’t explore many different foods and ended up with a stomach bug.

It was accessible and shopping centers were a stone’s throw away, but there was an occasional hot‑water issue that was fixed after I filed a complaint.

The room was great, but the breakfast was not very rich, there weren’t many protein options, and that’s the point that needs improvement.

The hotel’s location was the only positive, but a front‑desk staff member tried to book me directly without using Booking during the morning shift; when I told her the Booking price was cheaper, she got very angry, yet I insisted on completing the booking through Booking.

Honestly, there was nothing I liked about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the overall experience was very disappointing. We booked a standard twin room with two beds, but the receptionist gave us a queen room with only one bed; I had to show our booking details multiple times before they finally gave us the room we had actually booked. The twin room was extremely hot when we entered, as if it had been closed up for a long time. The mattress was badly worn out and so uncomfortable that it hurt my back. The chairs were also in terrible condition — you could feel how uncomfortable they were as soon as you sat down. The elevators were the worst part. There are three elevators in the hotel, and none of them were working. When we asked why, we were basically given an “I don’t know” answer. We had to carry all of our luggage and multiple bags down five flights of stairs. We had paid for two nights, but the experience was so bad that we decided to check out early. For a hotel calling itself a four‑star international hotel, the condition of the rooms, furniture, elevators, and level of service were completely unacceptable.
