The reception staff were very friendly and made everything easy, but there was a lot of noise and shouting on the street at night, and we were on the 4th floor facing the street.

The beds were comfortable, but it’s ridiculous to pay 194€ and have no private bathroom; the toilet is in a tiny cubicle and there’s a shower, offering zero privacy. The location is as expected, but the nighttime atmosphere is awful. During the day it feels like a drug market on the street.

The staff were very friendly, check‑in was smooth, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel sits next to a 24‑hour supermarket and a metro stop, and it’s a 15‑minute walk from Atocha station. The twin room shared a shower, so there was no privacy.
