The location is perfect, just a few minutes on foot from the center. The outdoor spaces are very pretty and well maintained, and the staff are kind and efficient. The room could use a bit of renovation: holes in the wall behind the bed, a leaking shower, and a hole in the bathroom door.

Fantastic location, super quiet at night. The staff were friendly. The place wasn’t very clean, there was no chair and no wardrobe in the room.

The bed was comfortable. There was no Wi‑Fi in the room; I reported it and they ignored me. The wall was dirty, the shower tap was very rough and could be reached. There were only two sockets in total, one of which moved quite violently. There was no handle on the inside of the bathroom door. The shower was very bad; it was low, the shower rod was crooked, and there was no hot water every day. The entrance door creaked loudly. Coffee wasn’t prepared in the room even though it was included in the booking. I didn’t receive the room I had booked, yet they accepted my reservation. They couldn’t provide it for three days either. I reported these issues on the spot and they ignored me. The mirror was broken. There was no wardrobe to store clothes. The pool water was very cold because the sun couldn’t reach it. The AC was bad, it didn’t run continuously and couldn’t cool the room. It was very hot in the place. The Evo equipment they provided was sparse.

The courtyard is stylish, but the room felt very run-down with a broken air‑conditioner, cables hanging from the wall, light fixtures without bulbs, and shattered mirrors.

Chambre propre, piscine sympa même si peu s’y baigne. Le personnel était au top et est très réactif. Je recommande pour son rapport qualité prix. ++ la taille de la chambre. L’hôtel est situé au milieu des logements des locaux ce qui fait qu’il y a toujours du monde et donne un peu moins envie de profiter de la piscine malgré que l’eau était propre - ça reste néanmoins un bon hôtel pour son prix
