“No Heat, Terrible Communication, Sketchy Neighborhood - not worth staying.”
I have nothing positive to say; the best part was leaving. My biggest issue was that the HVAC wasn’t working and there was no heat. I reached out to the property manager several times and didn’t get a response until after we checked out (they tried to claim it was working). I have photos showing everything was set correctly but it never got above 60 degrees the entire stay. It was miserable to stay there and there were no warm blankets, so we kept our time there minimal. No effort to fix things or even apologize. Communication in general was very slow. They should have notified us the heat wasn’t working before we came so we would have had an opportunity to cancel. At a minimum they should have prioritized providing a solution, not claimed that it was working and ignored our requests for help. They refused to work with us to resolve things or even acknowledge there was a problem. The neighborhood was sketchy and had a bunch of drunks on the corner all day every day. Not worth booking here.
