The hotel’s location is excellent, but the rooms feel extremely cramped. If you’re unlucky, you might get a room with a window that faces straight into the elevator shaft, letting hardly any natural light in. The toilet fixture was broken, and while the staff are generally friendly, some employees can be a bit intrusive—though I’m not sure if they work for the hotel or the ground‑floor restaurant.

The place is great, the staff are friendly, and the rooms stay spotless with towels and sheets changed daily. I’d gladly return. Thanks to the owner and everyone on the team.

The staff member Mahmoud was very helpful, but the music in the lobby was loud enough to keep you from sleeping.

The location is perfect, the hotel is super clean, comfortable, convenient, and you feel safe when alone. Because I travel to Istanbul often and have local friends, the management told me I couldn’t visit them. I think the miscommunication stemmed from their assumption that they’d be staying at my hotel, which is now just a visit and nothing more.
