The property description was false and misleading: the apartment wasn’t opposite the SM South Mall as advertised, it was a mile away, and you have to go through a side street that isn’t accessible by car, which should have been disclosed. For health and safety reasons, it’s not suitable for foreigners, though it might suit locals familiar with the area. I was so stressed and panicked looking for another place that I forgot to take a photo.
